Club Rules

At Lumos AI Club, we value active participation, responsibility, and professionalism. To maintain a productive and engaging environment, all members are expected to follow these rules:
 
1. Presentation Requirement
  • All participants must prepare and present something AI-related to qualify for attending each meeting.
  • If you do not have a presentation or topic to share, you will not be allowed to attend that meeting.
  • Presentation topics may include, but are not limited to:
    • A short lecture on an AI algorithm or model
    • An introduction to an AI application
    • A summary of an AI-related news report
    • A showcase of your own AI project
    • A discussion of your AI research
       
2. Attendance Policy
  • If you are unable to attend a meeting, you must inform us in advance by emailing lumos.aiclub@gmail.com.
  • If you are absent twice without notifying us beforehand, your membership will be revoked.
     
3. Zoom Meeting Etiquette
  • When joining the meeting via Zoom, you must change your display name to your real name.
  • We encourage all participants to turn on their cameras to create a more interactive and collaborative atmosphere.
4. Information Sharing Policy
  • All information, resources, or materials presented or shared during club meetings are confidential and must not be shared with non-members without explicit permission from the President.
